Silly Goose Slogan Tee

A short-sleeve cotton tee with a small line-drawn goose on the left chest — standing side-on, one foot forward, beak slightly open — and the words silly goose under it in a loose handwritten script. That is the whole design: chest-height, about palm-sized, and identical on all nine colours.

Straight answers

• Fabric: cotton, and that is as far as the maker will go. The spec sheet gives the material as cotton and the construction as knit, then lists the fabric type as "Broadcloth", which is a woven term. Both cannot be true of one shirt. We are not going to invent a blend, a percentage or a GSM to paper over it — it is a cotton knit tee, and nobody has told us how heavy it is.
• The sizing runs small, and the maker says so. Its own fit field reads "Smaller Than Usual", and the chart is in Asian sizes, roughly two to three sizes down from US, AU and EU. Read the centimetres before you pick.
• Measurements, flat, from the maker's chart — bust / body length / sleeve / shoulder in cm: S 88 / 62 / 18 / 36 · M 90 / 63 / 18 / 38 · L 96 / 65 / 18 / 41 · XL 100 / 68 / 19 / 42 · XXL 104 / 70 / 19 / 45 · XXXL 112 / 73 / 19 / 48.
• Two numbers on the maker's chart are wrong, and we checked every one. Its inch column gives M as 35.0" and XXL as 40.1"; 90cm is 35.4" and 104cm is 40.9". The centimetres above are the ones to trust. The maker also states its measurements are taken by hand and can be out by 1-3cm.
• Women's or unisex — the maker says both. The source listing calls it unisex; the spec sheet files it under Women. The cut is a straight regular fit with a plain O-neck and a regular sleeve, and the chart above is the only sizing anyone has published for it.
• Nine colours, one print — black, white, grey, khaki, sky blue, army green, yellow, pink and red. The goose is printed in the same ink on every one; on the black and the army green it reads quieter than it does on the pale shirts, which is what the photographs show.
• Weight: 190g per shirt, as declared by the maker. Slight stretch, regular length.
• Claims we are not passing on. The maker's own images state the shirt has no side seam, will not deform, and does not fade after a ten-minute hand soak. None of that is evidenced and we have not tested it, so we are not repeating it as fact.
• We cropped the maker's photographs. Every colour shot carried another seller's watermark burned across the bottom of the frame. We cut it off rather than publish someone else's mark, which is why the shots end just below the hem.
• Made in Mainland China (Jiangxi). Brand name on the maker's spec sheet: none.
• Manufacturer numbers, not ours: 24 sold on the source listing. That is their trading record, not reviews of this store.
