Spark Plug Shaped Coffee Mug
QAR 109,02Description
A coffee mug built to look like an oversized spark plug. Glazed white ceramic on top with SPARK moulded into the side, a machined hex nut round the middle, a threaded metal barrel underneath, and a thin metal handle. It stands on the thread, the same way the real part sits in a cylinder head.
- 9 cm tall and 12 cm across including the handle, from the maker's own measured photograph
- The well you drink from is bare metal, not glaze - you can see the liner in the top-down photograph
- One finish only: white ceramic over brushed silver-coloured metal
It is not made from a spark plug. It is a mug shaped like one. Nothing on it came off an engine.
We cannot tell you what it holds. The maker publishes no capacity anywhere on the listing. At 9 cm tall it is plainly a small mug rather than a big one, but we are not going to invent a number in millilitres.
We cannot tell you which metals. The spec sheet has no material field at all - it lists a type, an origin and a certification, and nothing else. The photographs show glazed ceramic and a brushed silver-coloured metal, and that is as far as we will go.
What the maker declares, and what we can see. The listing carries a food-contact-materials (FCM) certification entry. We have not seen the certificate, so we are passing it on as the maker's declaration rather than as our own. What we can see for ourselves is metal - a lot of it, inside and out. Do not microwave it, and expect the body to get hot when the drink is hot.
We removed two of the maker's photographs. One is a marketing composite with "Creative coffee cup" printed across it. The other is a staged shot in which the mug is cream and the handle is black - neither matches the thing that actually ships. We would rather show you five honest pictures than seven flattering ones.
One mug per order. The lamp in the last photograph is not included.
