Egg White Separator Sieve

QAR 48,52
Description

A moulded plastic scoop with a slotted cup at one end and a long handle at the other. Rest it across the rim of a bowl, crack an egg into the cup, and the white runs out through the slots while the yolk stays behind. The handle is long enough to bridge a normal cereal bowl, so nothing needs holding while it drains.

The cup is cut with a spoked pattern rather than a mesh, so there is nothing to scrub clean between slots. The handle ends in a teardrop hole for hanging it on a hook.

  • 13 cm long, 6 cm across the cup (from the maker's own dimension drawing)
  • Moulded from PP — the recycling stamp is pressed into the underside and we have kept the photograph that shows it
  • Hanging hole through the handle
  • Four colours: blue, khaki, green and pink. One separator ships per order, in the colour you choose

Two things the maker says that we will not repeat. Its specification sheet lists the metal type as steel: this is a plastic tool and there is no metal in it. Its description calls the material food-grade wheat straw, which its own close-up photograph contradicts by showing a PP stamp. We have quoted the stamp instead, because that is the part we can see.

The maker publishes no weight and no temperature rating, so we are not giving you one.
