Knitted Animal Floor Socks

Thick knitted socks shaped like animals, with the head and jaws worked over the ankle and 3D fins, legs, spines or teeth stitched on. Thirteen creatures, from a crocodile to a platypus to three different dragons.

Straight answers

• They run small, and no size is published. One size, no foot length, no shoe size, and "too small" is one of the most common tags on the manufacturer's own reviews. Larger feet: treat this as a gamble.
• They are not wool. The manufacturer's title says wool knitted; its own spec sheet says acrylic, and then also says cotton. We are quoting the material field and leaving the rest with them.
• The sheet says "1pc" while every photograph shows a pair. Socks are normally sold in pairs and that is how the pictures read, but the maker never spells it out - ask us first if it matters.
